CANCELLATION POLICY

We’re all about good energy and respect for time—yours and ours.
If you need to make changes to your appointment, please call 313-914-2616 at least 48 hours in advance. After hours? Just leave us a voicemail or send a quick email to info@houseofdripandwellness.com.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice—or missed appointments—will result in a $100 fee or forfeited deposit.

Please arrive at your scheduled time so we can give you the full experience you deserve. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late are considered missed appointments and cannot be guaranteed.

After two or more last-minute cancellations or no-shows, future bookings may be limited.
